One code, two behaviours

ED20 does not always do the same thing. During peak periods it becomes a flat SAR 30 off a SAR 300 minimum; the rest of the year it is a straight 10% with no floor to clear. That matters more than it sounds: SAR 30 on a SAR 300 basket is exactly 10%, but on a SAR 600 basket it is 5%, and on SAR 1,000 it is 3%. The flat version stops growing, the percentage version does not.

In season: build the order to around SAR 300 and place a second one later rather than pushing a single basket to SAR 800. Off season: do the opposite — consolidate, because the percentage scales with the order.

Oud chips and dehn al oud, bakhoor, Arabian and French-style perfumes, aromatic oils, home and room fragrance, and gift sets arranged by occasion. The house lines include Heritage, Prestige, Classic, Wood and Lady, and the Serious line was composed with French perfumer Quentin Bisch. Scents are browsable by family — amber, musk, woody, floral, citrus, leather and oud.

Paying and instalments

Mada and cards are accepted alongside Tamara and Tabby for instalments. As with most Saudi retailers, apply the code before choosing an instalment plan — the plan is calculated on the discounted total, and the code field can drop out of the flow once a plan is selected. Saudi VAT of 15% is charged on the post-discount amount.

When to buy

Ramadan and Eid are the heaviest gifting periods for oud and bakhoor, followed by wedding season and Saudi National Day on 23 September. These are also when the in-season version of the code is most likely to be the one running.
