SAR 300 is the crossover. Below it the flat SAR 30 cannot be claimed at all; at exactly SAR 300 the two versions are identical; above it the percentage pulls away and the flat version quietly becomes a rounding error.

So the tactic inverts with the season. In season, build the order to roughly SAR 300 and place a second one later — two SAR 300 orders return SAR 60 where one SAR 600 order returns SAR 30. Off season, do the opposite and consolidate, because the percentage scales with the basket and there is no minimum to clear.
