The character that breaks this code

The last character of OMHTX0 is a zero, not the letter O. The code begins with the letter O and ends with a digit, which is exactly the kind of string people mistype — and a mistyped code reads as expired rather than wrong.

Type it in capitals, with no spaces, and if you copied it from a screenshot or a social post, retype the last character by hand. This is the single most common reason a working Body Shop code appears dead.

Why “no exclusions” matters more than the percentage

Ten percent is not a dramatic headline. What makes OMHTX0 useful is what it does not carve out.

Beauty promotions almost always pull the two things people actually want: gift sets and new launches. Those are precisely the lines that move around Ramadan, Eid and Saudi National Day. This code lists no category exclusions and no ceiling, so a SAR 600 basket of gift sets discounts exactly as a SAR 60 shower gel does — by 10%.

Compare that with the typical fashion or beauty code in the Gulf, which either excludes sale stock, caps the saving at SAR 10 to SAR 30, or restricts itself to first orders. OMHTX0 does none of those things.

The 15% VAT point nobody explains

Saudi VAT is 15% — the highest in the GCC, three times the UAE’s 5% — and it is calculated after the discount. That makes the same 10% code worth more in riyals here than the identical code is worth in dirhams across the border.

So the headline says 10% but the money off your card is 11.5% of what you would otherwise have paid, because the code shrinks the taxable amount as well as the price. That is a genuine quirk of shopping in the Kingdom and it applies to every percentage code here, not just this one.

When the code is the wrong move

OMHTX0 is calculated off full price. During The Body Shop’s clearance periods — end of season, and the deep cuts that follow the gifting peaks — a marked-down product can beat 10% off the original outright.

The test takes ten seconds: look at the sale price, then work out 10% off the full price, and take whichever is lower. You cannot have both, and on a line reduced by 30% or more the sale price wins comfortably.

Where the code reliably wins is on full-price staples — the body butter, shower gel and hand cream you were going to re-buy anyway, and the gift sets that rarely get discounted at all.

Set your city before you shop

The Body Shop’s Saudi operation serves the Kingdom through separate regional networks, and they do not stock identically. A product that shows as available in Riyadh may be out of stock for Jeddah, Makkah or Taif, and the reverse happens just as often.

Set your delivery city before you build the basket rather than at checkout. Doing it the other way round means items silently dropping out of a basket you have already applied a code to, which is the second most common reason a Body Shop order goes wrong.

How to use The Body Shop promo code

1. Open thebodyshop.com.sa and confirm prices show in SAR. The UAE site runs the same code but prices in dirhams.
2. Set your delivery city first — regional stock differs across the Kingdom.
3. Add your products. Gift sets and new launches qualify, so there is no need to shop around the promotion.
4. At checkout, enter OMHTX0 in capitals, no spaces, ending in a zero.
5. Check the 10% line appears in the order summary before paying.
6. If a valid code is refused on a mada card, switch to a credit card and apply it again.

What to buy it on

• Body butters — shea, mango and British Rose; the range the brand is best known for and a staple re-buy.
• Shower gels and scrubs — high-repeat, and the category where 10% off a multi-pack basket adds up.
• Skincare — Tea Tree for breakouts, Vitamin C for brightness, Edelweiss for the firming range.
• Hand creams — the cheapest way to clear a free-delivery threshold without buying something you will not use.
• Gift sets — the strongest use of this code, because they are usually excluded from beauty promotions and they are what Eid and National Day gifting runs on.
• Haircare and fragrance mists — covered on the same terms as everything else.

Code not working? Run this checklist

1. The last character. It is a zero, not the letter O. Retype it rather than pasting.
2. Wrong storefront. Prices in AED mean you are on the UAE site — the code works there too, but in dirhams.
3. Payment method. If mada rejects a valid code, try a credit card before giving up on it.
4. Another code already applied. One promotional code per order.
5. Items dropped from the basket. If you changed city mid-session, re-check what is still in the bag.
6. The campaign ended. Reload our store page — we swap the code when it changes.

Frequently asked questions

What is The Body Shop coupon code for Saudi Arabia?

OMHTX0 — 10% off every product at thebodyshop.com.sa, with no cap and no category exclusions, for new and returning customers. Verified 8 October 2026.

Why is my Body Shop code being rejected?

Most often the last character: OMHTX0 ends in a zero, not the letter O. Retype it by hand rather than pasting from a screenshot. If the code is typed correctly and still fails on a mada card, switch to a credit card.

Does the code work on gift sets?

Yes. No category exclusions are listed, which is unusual in beauty — gift sets and new launches are normally the first things pulled from a promotion.

Is there a minimum spend or a maximum discount?

Neither. There is no minimum order and no cap, so the 10% scales with the basket rather than stopping at a fixed figure.

Does OMHTX0 work for existing customers?

Yes, new and returning customers both qualify. It is not a first-order welcome code.

Is the code worth using during a sale?

Compare first. The code is calculated off full price, so a clearance markdown of 30% or more beats 10% off the original. On full-price staples and gift sets the code wins.

How much do I actually save on a SAR 300 order?

SAR 34.50 off what you would otherwise pay. The code takes SAR 30 off the basket, and because Saudi VAT of 15% is charged on the discounted total you also pay SAR 4.50 less tax.

Is VAT charged before or after the discount?

After. Saudi VAT of 15% is calculated on the post-discount total, so the code reduces the taxable amount as well as the price — which makes it worth more here than the same code is in the UAE at 5% VAT.

Why is a product unavailable for my city?

The Body Shop serves Saudi Arabia through separate regional networks that do not stock identically, so availability differs between Riyadh and the western cities. Set your delivery city before building the basket, not at checkout.

Does the Saudi code work in the UAE?

OMHTX0 runs on both storefronts, but each is priced in its own currency — thebodyshop.ae in dirhams, thebodyshop.com.sa in riyals. Use the site for the country you are shipping to.

Can I use two codes on one Body Shop order?

No. One promotional code per order. A bank or wallet offer is applied by your payment provider rather than the store, so that can still stack.
