Why “up to” and not a flat 10%

Mumzworld excludes certain items and already-promoted lines from coupon codes, so a mixed basket can discount below the headline rate. The order summary is the test: if the discount line comes in under 10%, one of your items is carved out, and removing it usually restores the full rate on the rest.

The 30kg shipping rule

Delivery is free over SAR 99 — but only for parcels up to 30kg. Above that, a flat SAR 55 applies whatever the order value, and this is a baby retailer, so cots, high chairs, car seats, travel systems and bulk diaper cases cross the line regularly. Split the heavy items into their own order and keep the consumables in a separate one over SAR 99. Orders under SAR 99 pay SAR 12.

Delivery speed is set per product

Yalla items ship same-day; everything else takes three to five days. A basket mixing the two will not arrive together, so check the item before relying on it for something urgent.

Paying

Card payment avoids the SAR 10 cash-on-delivery fee that applies over SAR 100, and codes apply more reliably on card. COD is not offered in Madinah, Jazan, Najran or Al Baha, nor on orders of SAR 10,000 or more. Tabby starts at SAR 200 and Tamara at SAR 500 — both judged on the total after your discount, so a code can push a borderline basket under the threshold. Saudi VAT of 15% is charged on the discounted amount.

Returns

14 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, with courier pickup taking two to five business days in the Kingdom. Refunds can be issued to the Mumzworld Wallet rather than back to your card, so choose deliberately when asked.
